Sulky 30wt Embroidery Designs
Sulky sponsored the digitizing of TWO custom embroidery packages to showcase their 30wt 100% cotton thread. For best success, use Sulky bobbin thread in the bobbin.
The designs should be stitched at a moderate speed of 600 stitches per minute. The thread works best with a 90/14 topstitch needle. We recommend Sulky Ultra Solvy in the hoop for the best results for the free-standing patches.
Each of the designs is provided in these main embroidery formats: ART, EXP, JEF, PES, VIP and VP3. Remember, if using the EXP format, three files are required for each design. The downloads are free!

Download instructions (for .zip files):
First, click on the .zip file from the list on the right that you want to download.
A) For Windows users: Select "Save As" to save the .zip folder where you'd like it on your computer. Navigate to that folder. To unzip the file, you will have to right-click on the folder and select "extract."
B) For Mac users: The .zip file should automatically download to your "downloads" folder or a location you have previously defined. If not, then right-click (or control-click) on the link and select "Download Linked File". Save the .zip file to your computer. To unzip the file, double-click the file. Your files will be unzipped into the same folder as the original .zip file.
